MemosTopAir Terms of Service

Welcome to MemosTopAir.com. These terms govern your use of our memo, reminder, and handy note solutions and related products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MemosTopAir services, information products, or goods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide memo formatting, reminder setup, and handy note creation services (collectively "Services"). Service details, scope, and delivery timeline are set out at the time of purchase.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, and related materials ("Digital Products"). Access is granted by download or online access links upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed notepads, stationery, and related items ("Goods"). Delivery terms are provided at checkout.

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods via our checkout process.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You may request to reschedule service delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made after that time may not be accommodated. Certain bespoke or expedited service packages are final sale and are explicitly non-refundable due to resource commitment. Such non-refundable offerings will be clearly marked before purchase.

6.2 Information Products

Digital Products are typically non-refundable once access is granted or a download is initiated. If you encounter technical issues or did not receive the content, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Upon verification, we will provide assistance or issue a reimbursement at our discretion.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt by contacting us via our contact form. Items must be unused and in original condition. After approval, please send the item back at your own shipping expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks of MemosTopAir are protected. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MemosTopAir is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our Services, Digital Products, or Goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
